Behavioral pixels on job ads measure scroll depth, reading time, clicks, and search intent for every visit. Data is automatically segmented by role type, industry, and geography. Over time, this gives us a unique map of candidate behavior – with more than 2.4 million data points updated daily.

For each role, engagement quality from Meta, LinkedIn, websites/publishers, and direct traffic is scored separately.
